Team Leader – Northern RiversAbout The RoleGreen by Nature is looking for a hands-on Team Leader and horticultural all-rounder to join our growing Northern Rivers operationsWorking across Byron Bay, Lismore, Tweed Heads and surrounding areas, you'll be responsible for maintaining a variety of gardens, lawns and green spaces while building robust relationships with clients and the wider teamThis role is suited to a self-starter who enjoys variety and can confidently work across gardening, mowing and general horticultural maintenance.
Strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of your work are essentialWhat You'll Be DoingGeneral gardening, mowing and horticultural maintenanceOperating push mowers, ride-ons, brushcutters and other equipmentHedging, pruning, planting, mulching, turf and weed controlGeneral irrigation and garden maintenancePlanning and managing your daily workloadCommunicating with clients and internal teamsEnsuring sites are maintained safely and to a high standardSupporting the continued growth of our Northern Rivers operationsBenefitsMonday to Friday,
