You'll work from engineering drawings and production specifications to fabricate aluminium frames, cabinets, brackets and components that become part of finished products.
This is a hands-on role where the quality of your work is visible in the finished product.Key responsibilitiesFabricate aluminium components and assemblies for digital signage and display products, working with materials including aluminium sheet, extrusion, angle and other fabricated componentsPerform high-quality aluminium welding, primarily MIG, with a focus on clean, accurate and consistent finished workInterpret drawings, dimensions and specifications to accurately manufacture components and assembliesWork from individual components through to completed fabricated assemblies, including frames, cabinets, brackets, mounting systems and custom signage componentsTake ownership of the quality of your work and ensure fabricated components meet the required dimensions, finish and specifications before moving through productionMeasure, mark out and check your own workUse hand tools and fabrication equipment safely and accuratelyWork efficiently while understanding the importance of production efficiency,
