You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include performing a wide range of histology administrative tasks :Coordinate histopathology testing requests, including preparing and dispatching samples and slides.Liaise with pathologists, laboratories, external clients and research teams to support diagnostic and research testing, ensuring accurate documentation and timely case management.Maintain laboratory records, billing and administrative activities,



while providing efficient phone and email support to internal and external stakeholders.We are proud to say we have a learning and supportive environment, and full training will be provided.
We are looking for the following:Previous experience in an administration or similar roleFull time, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pmExcellent phone manner and strong computer skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWe are close to public transport, secure onsite parking is available, plus other company perks, including an onsite wellness centre, Fitness Passport.Applicants for this position must have the appropriate working rights to work in Australia, will be required to sign a 'Fitness for Work Declaration' form and accept that the Company may conduct a police check.Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology is an equal opportunity employer.
