Based at our Nerang Dealership, you will apply your skills to connect with and assist our customers in finding the perfect Toyota Vehicle for their needs.
Your tasks include, but are not limited to:Building, developing, and fostering customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty throughout the purchasing journey.Professional execution from the initial prospect enquiry, the sales journey through to delivery handover and post-sales follow-up.Adhering to set and best practice operating procedures, processes, data accuracy and integrityLearning, building, and maintaining an excellent product knowledge baseAssisting with showroom tasks and operationsMeeting KPI accountability,
Customer Experience benchmarks and other performance outcomes5-day work week with 4:30pm finish time on Saturdays (RDO: Weekday + Sunday)What are we looking for?
