Now we're looking for an Outbound Customer Engagement Specialist to help us keep that momentum going — reconnecting with past customers, building stronger relationships with active customers, helping identify new opportunities, and working closely with our Business Development Manager to drive sales growth.This is not a pushy call-centre sales role.
It's about smart follow-up, confident conversations, helpful product knowledge, and building trust with customers who rely on quality transfers, fast turnaround and expert support.The RoleWhat you'll be doing.You'll help grow Velflex's custom transfer sales by engaging customers before, during and after they order.Re-engaging old, inactive and lapsed customersBuilding and maintaining relationships with active customersIdentifying opportunities to increase customer spend through better product educationSupporting our BDM with lead research,



customer lists and prospect developmentReaching out to prospective customers by phone and emailFollowing up quotes, samples, enquiries and previous ordersHelping customers choose the right transfer product for their jobBooking phone calls, virtual meetings and occasional local customer visitsMaintaining accurate customer records and follow-up activity in NetSuite and HubSpotPreparing quotes and supporting order processing when requiredWorking closely with Customer Service, Pre-press, Production, Dispatch and ManagementAbout YouWhat we're looking for.Confident and charismatic on the phoneComfortable making outbound calls and starting conversationsCommercially minded without being pushyOrganised and disciplined with follow-upResilient when customers are busy or not ready to buyA strong communicator by phone and emailCurious enough to ask good questions and understand customer needsComfortable working with customer lists, CRM systems and sales activity trackingAble to build trust with customers over timeMotivated by growth, targets and creating momentumA team player who works closely with sales, customer service and productionPrevious experience in sales, account management, customer success, internal sales, retail sales, print, apparel or manufacturing would be highly regarded.
Experience in heat transfers or garment decoration is a bonus, but not essential — we can teach the technical side if you bring the right attitude and hunger to grow.
