Known for reliability and long term customer relationships, this business is now looking for someone to sit at the centre of their order process, turning quotes into confirmed orders, liaising with technicians and sites and keeping the CRM and customer records accurateRole ResponsibilitiesConvert accepted quotes into confirmed sales orders, around 12 to 15 per day, confirming items, pricing, freight and delivery datesCoordinate order fulfilment with warehouse, production and dispatch teamsLiaise daily with internal and external customers on order status, enquiries and general supportMaintain accurate customer, contact and opportunity data in the CRMSupport the wider sales team with quote preparation, follow ups and account documentationProcess credits,



returns and back orders in line with company policyProduce regular reporting on orders, pipeline and conversionAbout YouEssential: hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Microsoft Business Central.
One of the two is required, both are not necessary.Two or more years in a sales administration, sales support or order processing roleStrong attention to detail and accuracy in high volume workConfident liaising with both internal and external customersIntermediate Excel skillsAble to manage competing deadlines and stay organised under pressureBenefitsRDO program: 8.5 hour days, one full day off every four weeksFlexible start and finish times between 7am and 5pmFriendly, balanced team setting
