You will manage arrivals, departures and reservations, and respond to enquiries while building genuine guest relationships in Byron Bay.Day-to-day duties include check-in/out, payment processing, updating profiles, coordinating with Housekeeping and presenting a welcoming lobby.
You will also promote experiences and support overnight hosts.
