We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join the team at Bendooley Estate in Berrima NSW.
The is a full-time role that will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of all our restaurant operations, including events and our Cellar Door restaurant.
As Restaurant Manager you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the high standards that Bendooley is known for.What you'll be doingmanage all aspects of the restaurants day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, workflow and inventory managementensure consistently high levels of customer service and satisfaction by leading training and creating a positive environment for everyone to work indevelop and implement where necessary procedures and best practices to optimise efficient operationsmonitor performance and results to identify opportunities for improvementliaise with the kitchen team to coordinate menu planning, food preparation and deliveryeffectively communicate with guests seeking feedback and when necessary resolving any issues in a professional and timely mannerensure compliance with all relevant health,
