We are currently seeking an experienced and trade-qualifiedMaintenance Fitterto join a well-established manufacturing business based in Ingleburn.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday on day shift.
You'll be part of a supportive maintenance team responsible for keeping production machinery and equipment operating safely and efficiently.
The Role As a Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for both preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs across a range of industrial machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance across production equipment.
Respond to machinery breakdowns and complete repairs efficiently.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults.
Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Complete mechanical repairs, servicing and component replacements.
Assist with machinery upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
Identify potential equipment issues and implement preventative solutions.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
Maintain a safe and organised work environment.




Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimise downtime.
What We're Looking For
Australian-recognisedMechanical Fitter / Fitter & Turner trade qualification.
Previous maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong breakdown and preventative maintenance experience.
Excellent mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities.
Good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to confidently use hand and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and a reliable approach to work.
Desirable
Forklift licence.
Experience working with industrial production machinery.
