The successful applicant will serve as the primary contact between the dealership and our customers and will be responsible for keeping our clients up to date with the progress of their service or repair.Reporting to the Service Manager your day to day duties include:Greeting and serving in customersWriting and Invoicing customer paperworkFace to Face and phone enquiries.Supply general advice/quotationsFollowing up customer requirementsUpdating customers on their service or repairBooking customer's for service and repair workUtilising our internal computer systemLiaising with clients about their cars needsOrganising loan cars and ensuring correct paperwork is filled outFollow all internal processes and proceduresThe Successful Applicant Must have:The ability to multi-taskWork together as a teamDispute resolution skillsThe ability to think on your feetStrong organisational skillsWhat we can offer you:Employee recognition and award for tenure / year of serviceEmployee of the month incentiveChristmas party for employees, partner and children
