We are building the first AI-native recruitment platform, an ATS and CRM that empowers professional recruiters to close more placements.
As an early Account Executive in Sydney, you will own the full sales motion, convert inbound demand, and run targeted outbound to help establish Spott across the region.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales motion, converting inbound demand into closed deals, complemented by targeted outbound
Run discovery calls, demos, and live sales conversations across remote and in-person channels
Represent Spott at events across the region, hosting meetings, webinars, and live sales conversations
Help build our APAC presence from the ground floor with a small team




Gather customer feedback and work with the product team to improve the product
Requirements
1 to 5 years of sales or business development in SaaS or recruitment
High energy, self-motivation, and a relentless drive to win
Strong ownership with a track record of exceeding quota and maintaining high close rates
Network or background in the APAC recruitment market, particularly tech, is a plus
