This is a hybrid role where no two days are the same — you'll be front-of-house with customers one minute, then out the back keeping stock moving and orders on track the next.
Your mission?
Make sure every customer drives away with exactly what they need, on time, every time.
Broadly, your responsibilities will also encompass:
Providing customer service, greeting customers and getting their orders sorted quickly and smoothly!
Pick, pack and prepare orders so they're ready to go when customers arrive
Keying of orders, and associated administrative tasks
Work with teammates and other departments to solve problems and keep things running smoothly
Becoming part of the Stratco trade and retail family, we are looking for a person with:
Exceptional customer service skills
Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced sales or retail
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Good computer skills
Forklift ticket or willingness to undertake training (provided by Stratco)
