We are looking to fill the following position of a full time chef.
Duties involved but not limited to are:Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes as per our standardsAssisting in creating menus with flair and innovation having regard to our stock, season and patron preferencesMonitoring stock level, preservation and rotation/ordering accordingly to ensure minimal wastageAssisting and training kitchen staff in understanding dish preparation,



ingredients and cooking techniquesAiding in the selection and training of kitchen staffManaging kitchen staff if requiredEnsuring health regulations are met at all times by all kitchen staffEnsure patron satisfaction & experience by delivering dishes to expectation monitoring quality at all timesWe require the following:Possess no less than 2 years of experience in a similar roleBe consistent and able to work well in a teamBe able to perform well under pressureCert III or/and cert IV in Commercial Cookery/Kitchen Management (preferred)Be consistent and able to work well in a teamBe able to perform well under pressure
