UniActive at UOW Pulse is seeking a motivated, customer-focused, full time Customer Service Coordinator to welcome members, students and visitors and support daily facility operations on campus.
Reporting to the Finance & Facilities Manager, you will oversee rosters and timesheets for the Customer Service Officer team and lead training on front reception systems and procedures to ensure a high standard of service and smooth operations.
