NRMA Driver Training is seeking a Learning & Development Consultant – Driver Training to design, deliver and continuously improve corporate driver training and instructor capability programs.
This is a hands-on role with real impact in workplaces, instructor communities, and on the road.
You will deliver training, coach instructors, and contribute to content and assessment design while collaborating with internal stakeholders across Sydney metro, regional NSW and ACT.
Travel will be required.
