The role delivers regular clinics, conducts trauma-informed health assessments, and develops comprehensive health plans for children aged 0-17 entering or re-entering out-of-home care.
You will lead clinical practice, supervise colleagues and collaborate with a Health Navigator, Psychologist and Speech Pathologist.
