The role oversees strategy, talent, engagement and succession planning for Melbourne, Sydney and Auckland with a strong emphasis on inclusion and business partnership.
Reporting to the SVP, P&C; APAC, you will guide a high‐performing ANZ team, shape workforce planning, and align local initiatives with global Disney standards.
