We're currently seeking a Super Star to fill the role of Shift Supervisor.

Part-time Role – around 20 hours per week

Prior retail and/or supervisory experience
A positive, people-first mindset with strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

OT and Penalty rates
Ensure the store is visually appealing and tidy at all times
Deliver outstanding customer service every time
Operate the POS system and manage both front and back of house operations
Assist with recovery, stock replacement and other store operational task as needed
Contribute to a fun, safe, and productive store environment
Supervise and manage team members on duty
