We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Service Officer
to join our Mt Isa Branch team!
This is a sales-focused role where you'll build relationships with customers, provide product guidance, and deliver exceptional service across both trade and industrial environments.
Creating a excellent customer service experience, your ability to understand their requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and create a positive customer experience will be key to your success.

This is a
full- time permanent
opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to trade and industrial customers
Build strong relationships with both business and retail customers, identifying opportunities to add value
Assist customers with product enquiries, quotations, and solution-based recommendations
Process sales transactions and support customers throughout their purchasing journey
Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and merchandising activities
Operate a forklift safely to move and manage stock as required
Identify and elevate customer or operational issues when required
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
Experience in industrial sales , customer service, and/or a similar capacity




Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach
A current
Forklift Licence (LF)
is preferred
Experience working with industrial, safety, maintenance, or trade products is an advantage
