n The Role
n We're seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to represent Lift Shop in Melbourne. You'll drive sales growth, nurture high-value client relationships, and deliver tailored lift solutions for some of Australia's most luxurious residential projects.
n This is a hands-on position, based full-time in our Melbourne Office, where you'll connect with new and existing clients, identify opportunities, and manage leads from first enquiry through to installation.
n Unlike traditional sales roles, this position combines in-depth product knowledge with strategic relationship building — perfect for someone who understands how things work and can guide clients confidently through complex purchasing decisions.
n About You
n
n
Proven experience in sales or business development within a technical, design-led, or industrial field.
n
Experience in selling and designing bespoke fitted interiors (such as new homes, kitchens, cabinetry, or staircases) is highly regarded.
n
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or construction plans.
n
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, engineered products, or industrial components.
n
Confidence in engaging with clients and technical stakeholders, and translating requirements into tailored solutions.
n




Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions with ease.
