We represent a highly regarded national Planning & Environment team who advise both private and public sector clients.
n
The practice is known for its strong technical capability, high-profile matters and commitment to mentoring talented lawyers.

They are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join their Sydney office.
n
The Role
n
In your role, you'll work across a diverse range of matters including:
n
n
Development strategy and statutory planning work
n
Infrastructure, environmental and cultural heritage projects
n
Planning & Environment Court litigation and regulatory proceedings.
n
n
You'll gain hands‐on experience from day one, with direct client contact, meaningful responsibility,



and close guidance from senior practitioners on significant New South Wales and national projects.
n
About You
n
You will have 3 - 8 years' post-admission experience in planning and environment law (gained in private practice or government), with:
n
n
Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills
n
A genuine passion for planning and environmental work
n
An interest in (or experience with) Planning & Environment Court matters
n
A proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative mindset
n
n
You'll enjoy working across both advisory and litigious matters in a close-knit, high-performing team with excellent career progression opportunities.
