Our client is a leading Private Equity backed provider of clinical practice management software, who supports healthcare professionals across Australia. Experiencing rapid growth, it serves major hospitals and clinics and is positioned as a key competitor in the market.

Role Overview:
n
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive client retention, renewals, and revenue growth through up-sell and cross-sell initiatives across a well-established client base. You'll support healthcare clients transitioning to cloud-based solutions, introduce AI-powered features, and ensure they get the most value from our product suite.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage and grow existing client relationships with a focus on retention and renewals
n
Identify opportunities to expand accounts through new AI features (e.g., ambient listening, automated transcription)
n
Lead clients through cloud migration and ensure smooth onboarding
n
Collaborate with internal sales teams to support account strategies
n




Understand the needs of healthcare professionals and provide tailored solutions
n
Deliver training and ongoing support to drive product adoption
n
Maintain accurate account records, pipeline updates, and forecasts in CRM
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Experience in SaaS account management or customer success, ideally in healthcare or practice management software
n
Solid commercial acumen and a track record of up-selling or cross-selling
n
Comfortable working with clinical stakeholders, including doctors and practice managers
n
Confident, professional communicator with a consultative approach
n
Able to navigate 6+ month sales cycles with deal sizes of $*****k+
n
Tertiary qualifications are a plus but not required
