Key position responsibilities
n

Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and find solutions
n
Collaborate with various teams to implement changes and prevent problems
n
Build strong relationships with operators and maintenance technicians to drive solutions
n
Lead projects to improve processes and efficiency
n
Identify opportunities to save costs and improve results
n
Ensure our operations meet high standards for quality and safety
n
Cover tasks for other team members as needed
n
n
About you
n
n
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
n
Experience with data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to drive insights and recommendations
n
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
n
Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Kaizen) (preferable)
n
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field (preferable)
n




Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment (preferable)
n
Eligibility to work in Australia with full working rights.
