An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Financial Adviser Manager to join a well-established and growing financial planning business.

Lead an Established Advice Team | High-Quality Client Base | $185K-$200K Package.

About the Role
n
You will be responsible for managing approximately ***** fee-for-service clients, while overseeing and supporting a collaborative financial planning team of approximately 8-9 staff across advice, paraplanning, client services, and operations.
n
The existing team structure includes:
n

Multiple Paraplanners
n
Client Service Officer support
n
Operations Lead
n
Additional Financial Adviser support
n
Combination of onshore and offshore team members
n
n
This is a leadership-focused role suited to someone who enjoys coaching, process improvement, client relationship management, and driving solid advice outcomes.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage and nurture an established portfolio of high-value fee-for-service clients
n
Lead and mentor members of the advice and support team
n




Conduct strategic review meetings and provide holistic financial advice
n
Drive client engagement and retention initiatives
n
Work closely with operations and paraplanning teams to ensure efficient workflow management
n
Support business growth initiatives and contribute to overall strategic direction
n
Ensure compliance and best practice advice standards are maintained
n

About You
n
n
Experienced Financial Adviser with leadership or management experience
n
Strong relationship management and communication skills
n
Proven ability to manage high-value ongoing client relationships
n
Experience working within holistic financial planning environments
n
Strong understanding of compliance and advice processes
n
Ability to lead, mentor, and develop support staff and junior advisers
n
