The Opportunity
n
As a Leading Hand with Komatsu, you are an key part of the West Pilbara Shut Team.
n
With your ability to create a strong team environment you will be responsible for executing shut outages on Komatsu mobile equipment on various sites within the Pilbara and ensuring that teams operate safely and smoothly.
n
Excellent communication skills are required as you will be leading a small team of technicians, while ensuring outstanding customer service on site.
n

Roster: 8 days on 6 days off, 7nights on 7 days off FIFO ex Perth, rotating day and night shift

Role Located: Port Hedland / Pilbara, WA

Your Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
n
n
Qualified Heavy-duty mechanic with Australian recognised trade papers
n
Demonstrated post apprenticeship experience
n
Extensive experience working on Komatsu mining equipment; including WA******** loaders, EWL********* loadersand 830E trucks and PC********* Komatsu excavators
n
RTIO inducted would be advantageous
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Demonstrated commitment to safety
n
Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
n
Ability to provide a high level of customer service in line with our Customer Support Charter
n
