What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Supporting Business Development Managers and Account Managers with loan applications from OnDeck's broker network
n
Managing applications from submission through to settlement stage
n
Working closely with brokers, customers, credit and underwriting teams to progress deals efficiently
n
Following up on leads and maintaining an active daily pipeline
n
Collecting and reviewing supporting documentation required for funding
n
Keeping brokers and customers updated throughout the application process
n
Assessing deals, identifying potential risks or issues, and helping structure solutions to get deals across the line
n
Handling objections with confidence and professionalism
n
Maintaining accurate information within Salesforce CRM
n
Providing outstanding customer service and relationship management
n
Smashing daily, weekly and monthly KPIs in a high performing team setting
n
n




To Be Successful You:
n
n
Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree (Business, Finance, Commerce, Accounting or similar)
n
Must have full Australian working rights
n
Previous sales, customer service, call centre or financial services experience highly regarded
n
Have strong communication and relationship building skills
n
Bring positive energy, resilience and a genuine desire to succeed
n
Are commercially minded and enjoy problem solving
n
Thrive in a target driven, fast paced environment
n
Have strong attention to detail and accountability
n
Are eager to learn and build a long-term career within financial services
n
Suitable for graduates looking to launch their career in a growing fintech environment
n
