They're looking for a Sales Manager who is excited to build the sales function, bring structure and energy, and lead a small team while maintaining the friendly, down-to-earth culture that has driven the company's success.

Responsibilities

Building and leading a small sales team (with plans to grow to 4 reps initially)
n
Setting targets, KPIs, and incentives—and helping the team hit them
n
Driving sales growth of around 6% each quarter
n
Strengthening relationships across hospitality, pub groups, and institutional sectors
n
Working closely with the GM on tenders and new business opportunities
n
n

A strong background in foodservice or food distribution sales
n
Leadership skills with a hands-on,



people-first approach

Commercial awareness around pricing, competition, and margin
n
A relationship builder who knows how to ask the right questions
n

Base salary around A$120,000–A$140,000 per year plus car allowance, super, and tools of trade (fuel and toll pass); open to negotiation for the right candidate
