$150K Base | $250K OTE Uncapped | 5 Days Onsite

We're hiring on behalf of a US-listed payments business with serious momentum in the ANZ market - think high deal volume, strong inbound flow, and a team that moves fast.
n
This is not a desk job. You'll be on the floor every day, coaching a pod of BDRs and closers, running daily cadence, and owning conversion from lead to close. If you're the type who gets energy from a buzzing sales room and loves seeing your team hit their stride - read on.

What you'll actually be doing:
n
n
Leading and coaching a team of ~10 BDRs and recent business reps
n
Running daily standups, pipeline reviews, and live call coaching
n
Tightening the handover between BDR and closer (this is where the money leaks)
n
Holding high standards - and lifting the team when they dip
n
Partnering with RevOps to use data to drive floor behaviour, not just report on it
n
n
Who we're looking for:
n
You've led a high-velocity sales team before - BDRs, closers, or both. You know what good looks like on the phone,



you coach in real time, and you don't wait for a deck to tell you where the problem is.
n
Your background might be in payments, fintech, lending, brokering, telco, or any environment where deals move fast and volume is high. SaaS is a bonus, not a requirement.

You're probably:
n
n
5-8 years into your sales career with 2-3 years in a team lead or management seat
n
Someone who led from the front as a rep before stepping up
n
Comfortable in a fast-moving, slightly chaotic environment - and good at bringing structure to it
n
An office person. You like the energy of a floor.
n
