The Opportunity
n
Talenza is partnering with a well‐established Australian institution undertaking the implementation of a recent enterprise payments platform as part of a broader digital and customer modernisation program. We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead delivery‐side change execution across this business‐critical payments transformation. This is a high‐visibility program impacting revenue flows, finance operations and customer‐facing processes.

The Role
n
Working closely with Technology, Finance, Risk and Customer teams, you will:
n

Execute change and engagement activities aligned to the payments platform rollout
n
Drive stakeholder alignment across Finance, Operations and Digital teams
n
Conduct and refine impact assessments across affected business units
n
Lead business readiness and transition activities
n
Support operational process uplift aligned to new payment flows
n
Facilitate workshops with senior and operational stakeholders
n
Track adoption, behavioural change and risk mitigation
n




Ensure compliance and control requirements are embedded
n
n
This role requires a pragmatic operator comfortable working across both technical and business stakeholders in a regulated, member‐based environment.

Demonstrated Change Management experience delivering enterprise system implementations
n
Experience supporting payments, billing or financial platform transformations
n
Strong stakeholder engagement capability across Finance, Technology and Operations
n
Experience operating within regulated or complex enterprise environments
n
Proven ability to drive adoption across cross‐functional teams
n
Strong facilitation and communication capability
n
Experience within academia, medical institutions, not‐for‐profit or member‐based organisations highly regarded
n
Prosci / ADKAR exposure desirable
n
