Job Description
Compact Home Lifts is looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to join our Supply Chain team, managing the sourcing and purchasing of lifts, spare parts, and related goods and services. This role works across both Compact Home Lifts and Next Level Elevators, supporting procurement for the wider group.

You'll take ownership of supplier sourcing, negotiation and contract management, while also handling the day-to-day processing of purchase orders to keep lift stock and spare parts inventory running smoothly. You'll work closely with Operations, Sales Administration, Warehouse and Accounts teams to help the business hit its installation and service targets, all while driving supplier performance and cost efficiency.

What you'll be doing:

Sourcing, evaluating and onboarding suppliers, and negotiating pricing and contract terms
n
Raising and tracking purchase orders for lift stock and spare parts, based on forecasts and minimum stock levels
n
Managing supplier performance and building strong working relationships with key suppliers
n




Monitoring inventory levels and escalating stock exceptions where needed
n
Reconciling purchase orders against deliveries and invoices, and reporting on cost savings and inventory status
n
What we're looking for:
n
Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain (category management or strategic sourcing experience highly regarded)
n
Proven track record negotiating supplier contracts and delivering cost savings
n
Experience with ERP/inventory systems (Simpro experience highly regarded)
n
Strong Excel skills and solid analytical and organisational abilities
n
A proactive, methodical approach and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace
n
Office-based role in Collingwood, Melbourne
