About the Role:
n
The Health & Safety Manager will play a critical leadership role in upholding the company's commitment to safety across civil construction projects. Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Mentoring and supporting site personnel in workplace health and safety practices
n
Conducting site inspections and audits, with feedback and recommendations
n
Identifying and mitigating safety risks and enhancing systems
n
Assisting Project Managers with WHS compliance and implementation
n
Supporting the preparation and maintenance of safety plans and documentation
n
Ensuring compliance with all legislation, standards, and specifications
n




Managing return-to-work and injury rehabilitation processes
n
Accurately reporting and contributing to safety solutions
n
n
Key Requirements:
n
n
Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent)
n
At least 10 years' experience in safety roles within the civil construction sector
n
Proven leadership and communication skills
n
Previous team management experience
n
Valid C-Class Driver's Licence
n
n
