Account Executive | Fintech | $96k base | $200 OTE + Super | Sydney

Our client is a PE-backed SaaS company hiring an Account Executive for a market-leading transaction technology platform used by investment banks, M&A; lawyers, private equity firms, and corporate deal teams to execute high-stakes financial transactions.

This is a high-velocity hunting role. You own a book of accounts in the banking vertical, expand within them, and develop net current opportunities across private equity and venture capital white space. Short cycles, high frequency, real earning potential.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Owning and growing a defined territory within the banking vertical — banks, advisory firms, PE, VC, and corporate deal teams
n
Hunting net new business units within existing accounts — identifying new deal teams, new divisions, new originators
n
Managing ***** live deals concurrently with 1–3 week sales cycles
n
Running discovery, product demos, and commercial conversations independently
n
Working in a pod structure alongside an SDR and CSM with ABM support
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
2+ years in a high-velocity B2B sales role — AE, BDM, or similar
n
Proven ability to self-generate pipeline and close at volume
n
High EQ with the presence to engage senior banking and financial services stakeholders
n
Background in SaaS, fintech, financial services, or adjacent technology preferred
n
Hunter mentality — you find deals, you don't wait for them
n
