Your Responsibilities

Assist the ASX Salesforce delivery team to define and refine requirements and translate these into robust, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions
n
Design, build and maintain scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Data 360 using both declarative and programmatic approaches
n
Develop and design solutions delivered across the range of Salesforce technologies – Apex, LWC, VisualForce, Omni Studio and SOQL/SOSL
n
Work on digital transformation initiatives across the continuous improvement of the core platform and delivery of new and enhanced customer‐facing features
n
Implement and maintain Copado pipelines to enforce version control, CI/CD, automated testing and release governance across Salesforce environments
n
Enforce data governance standards including access controls, data classification, lineage documentation and field‐level security
n
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, change data capture and middleware tools
n
Participate in solution design, estimation and backlog prioritisation as part of a dedicated agile, cross‐functional delivery squad working under SCRUM methodology
n
Support performance tuning, governor limit management and proactive monitoring of platform health
n

Your Experience And Qualifications
n
Must have
n
n
5–7 years of hands‐on Salesforce development experience with demonstrable delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud
n
Ability to develop in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC and Java, with expert knowledge of Salesforce DX and agile delivery practices
n




Good understanding of the underlying Salesforce architecture with the ability to demonstrate solid experience on the platform
n
Familiarity with integration patterns as they relate to Salesforce – REST API, Java API, Streaming API and ESB
n
Previous experience working with DevOps principles, with exposure to Copado and GitLab
n
Working knowledge of Salesforce Data 360 including data stream configuration, DMOs, identity resolution and calculated insights
n
Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model – profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, field‐level security and org‐wide defaults
n
Experience designing analytics solutions that comply with privacy, consent and regulatory requirements
n
Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to refine requirements
n
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
n

Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
n
Exposure to Salesforce analytics platforms including CRM Analytics, Tableau Next and Data 360
n
Recent experience developing for the Customer Community Cloud using Lightning Web Components
n
Exposure to third‐party offerings such as DocuSign, Temenos, Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS
n
Previous experience in financial services organisations or capital markets would be a distinct advantage
n
Positive understanding of microservices architecture and API development using event‐driven architecture – Salesforce Event Bus in particular
n
AI and Einstein features – Next Best Action, Einstein Copilot, Agentforce agent configuration
n
