Partner with leaders to provide expert People & Culture advice across workforce planning, employee relations, organisational change and employee wellbeing
n Coach and build leadership capability, supporting confident and informed people management
n Work collaboratively across specialist People & Culture teams to deliver consistent, practical and compliant workforce solutions

Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or demonstrated working experience
n
Broad knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations and People & Culture practices
n
Current valid Driver's License and the ability to undertake travel for the role
n
Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check
n
Right to Work within Australia
n
National Police Records Check
n
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – free online course
n
LCS2 Outcome – Wellways will supply
n
Strong working knowledge of SCHADS and Modern Awards (Desirable)
