Position Summary
n
We are looking for a risk and compliance professional with 3-7 years of experience. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to work within a supportive team that boasts extensive industry experience and knowledge. You will play a crucial role contributing to the success of our firm, while developing your own skills.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Ensure ongoing compliance with all financial services regulatory obligations including licence conditions and filings in relevant jurisdictions
n
Monitor ongoing compliance obligations across all relevant jurisdictions, maintaining all compliance, incident and breach registers
n
Coordinate periodic compliance reviews including scoping, testing, findings, and remediation tracking
n
Draft, review, and maintain compliance policies and procedures, ensuring currency with regulatory developments across all applicable jurisdictions
n
Conduct training on compliance policies for new starters and periodic refresher training
n
Prepare quarterly Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee papers, including reporting packs and minutes
n
Support the General Counsel with compliance advice across the business
n
Act as the designated AML/CTF Compliance Officer managing the effectiveness and maintenance of the AML/CTF program overseeing our fund administrator, ensure all AUSTRAC obligations are met
n
Own all KYC requirements for the business
n
Manage relationships with outsourced compliance vendors in different jurisdictions
n
Promote a strong culture of compliance, integrity, and accountability
n

About You
n
We are looking for a pro‐active, team player with the following
skills/qualifications:
n
n
3-7 years' experience as a compliance skilled in a funds management business in Australia or Singapore
n
An undergraduate qualification in business, finance, law or related discipline.
n
Hands‐on experience with regulatory filing obligations across one or more jurisdictions with familiarity with ASIC / MAS
n
Solid understanding of compliance frameworks, AML/CTF requirements, KYC and governance processes
n
Familiarity with ensuring compliance with trustee obligations and governance will be highly regarded
n
Able to work autonomously in a small, high‐performing team and manage competing priorities without close supervision
n
Clear and confident communicator, able to draft policies, committee papers, and regulatory correspondence to a high standard and lead team training sessions
n
High attention to detail with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism
n
Naturally collaborative, with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties such as outsourced compliance vendors and fund administrators
n
Thrive in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly
n
Desire to learn, seek feedback, and be curious.
