Job Description
Mitolo Family Farms is seeking a hands-on Production Team Leader for our fresh food processing and packaging operations in Virginia, SA. You will lead day-to-day activities, coach the team, ensure GMP standards are met, and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.

The role starts early with a 5:30am shift and runs until production completes, typically a 10 hour day. You'll focus on protected, efficient operations, coaching staff, and maintaining quality while building strong working
