What You'll Be Doing
Identifies and sets up critical spares based on asset criticality, OEM recommendations, failure modes and lead times
Develops and maintains stock min/max levels, reorder points, part descriptions, supplier details and equipment bill-of-material links in the site CMMS (MEX)
Develops inventory/barcoding systems embedding the use of inventory control within the maintenance and engineering team
Supports the Maintenance Planner in preparing job pack materials
Obtains quotations and sources cost-effective suppliers
Coordinates receipt and storage of maintenance materials whilst ensuring stores areas are clean and organised
Controls maintenance spares, consumables, tools and contracted service purchasing
Manages repairable spares, warranty returns and vendor service exchange items

What We're Looking for
Trade and/or Tertiary Qualification in Engineering or a related discipline desirable
A collaborative, improvement-driven mindset with strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confidence accessing and interpreting technical drawings and other materials
Experience using CMMS systems in any capacity, MEX preferred but not essential
Exposure to SAP procurement modules desirable but not essential
Ability to build effective supplier and stakeholder relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
This role is ideally suited to someone looking to broaden their career in maintenance and engineering.
