Provide L2/L3 production support for business applications and platforms running on Snowflake, DBT, ADLS, AKS
Manage and support Snowflake, DBT, ADLS, AKS environments, clusters, jobs, workflows, and integrations.
Monitor and manage end-to-end batch processing, workflows, and scheduling using Control-M
ServiceNow experience for Incident, Problem and Change Management processes
Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
Manage deployment activities and release processes across multiple environments
Nice to have:-
Experience in developing automa tions
Shell and Groovy scripting will be huge plus
Robust knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and troubleshooting
Experience with Git for source code management
Experience with SonarQube for code quality analysis
