The Opportunity
Reporting to the ANZ Planning Manager, this role will support the production planning process by maintaining production schedules, coordinating production and inventory activities, and ensuring accurate system data and reporting.
What you'll do
Support the preparation,maintenanceand communication of production schedulestomeetcustomer demand and operational requirements.
Coordinate withProduction, Maintenance, Supply Chain and Sales teams to communicate schedule changes and coordinate planning activities.
Maintainaccurateproduction, inventory, andplanning datawithin SAP and other systems, ensuring reporting accuracy and data integrity.
Monitor schedule adherence, inventorylevelsand stock availability, escalating potential risks or issues to theappropriate stakeholders.
Coordinate andparticipateinstocktakes, cyclecountsand inventory reconciliation activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
Prepare production, inventory, and performance reports, providingtimelyinformation to support operational decision-making.
Participate in daily operational meetings and contribute to continuous improvement, safety, and compliance initiatives.
What you'll bring
Certificate, Diploma or tertiary qualification in Business,
Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations,Engineeringor a related discipline preferred.
Relevant training in production planning, inventory management, ERPsystemsor business administration will be highly regarded.
Experience ina productionsupport, planning coordination, administration, inventorycontrolor manufacturing support role.
Experience within a manufacturing,industrialor operational environmentpreferred.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skillsand experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
Experiencemaintainingrecords,reportsand operational datawith high attention to detailanda focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders and functions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
