Infinite Aged Care is seeking an experienced part time Aged Care Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor in Ashmore to lead the clinical team and drive high‐quality, resident‐centred care.
You will mentor RNs, ENs and PCWs, oversee care plans, and coordinate daily workflow with the aim of improving resident outcomes.
This role requires current AHPRA registration, 2–3 years in a clinical care coordination role, and a passion for aged care excellence.
