Belgravia Leisure Ascot Vale is seeking an Aquatics Operations Manager to lead the Duty Manager and Lifeguard teams at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre.
This hands-on role focuses on safety, supervision, risk management and day-to-day operations, guiding the Centre Manager in running the facility.
The role appeals to experienced Lifeguards or Duty Managers with a passion for customer service and developing a high-performing team, across mornings, evenings and weekends.
