DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Duties
Key Tasks
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the desired image of Perth Leisure Pool through a welcoming, friendly approach to all customers
To operate the point of sale till system in reception, issuing receipts for various activities
To carry out cash handling duties, taking monies and giving change to customers for admission to the centre
To receive and process credit cards and cheques
To take bookings for the facilities and all classes within the Facility
To sell items which are available for resale in the reception area
To keep and maintain a stock control of resale items at reception
To deal with enquiries from the public, both in person and on the telephone
To provide information on programming and promotional events within the centre and Live Active Leisure




To maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around the Facility at all times
Other
Key Tasks
To assist with clerical duties as necessary
Health and safety
Key Tasks
To comply with the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act **** and all supplementary legislation
To liaise with Live Active Leisure maintenance team and other agencies to ensure that the Centre provides a protected, quality environment at all times
Training
Key Tasks
To attend regular staff training sessions, be they held in-house or externally
General
Key Tasks
To ensure you are physically fit to carry out your duties at all times
Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines
To carry out other reasonable duties as may be required
