About the Role
n
As Multi‐Site Manager, you'll lead and support a portfolio of stores across QLD, empowering Store Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving strong commercial results.
n
You'll coach leaders, drive operational excellence, and build a high‐performance culture that reflects the Nude Lucy & Stylerunner brand. Working closely with the Regional Leadership team, you'll identify opportunities for growth, elevate team capability, and ensure every store consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Need
n
n
3+ years' experience managing multiple retail stores or in an Area/Multi‐Site Manager role
n
A proven ability to coach, develop and inspire high‐performing Store Managers
n
Solid commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales growth and KPI success
n
Passion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner brand
n
Experience managing payroll, stock, shrinkage, visual merchandising, and operational compliance across multiple locations
n
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsli>
n
A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse performance and turn insights into action
n
A proactive,



solutions‐focused approach with a genuine passion for people development

Key Responsibilities
n

Lead, coach and develop a portfolio of high‐performing Stylerunner & Nude Lucy stores across Queensland
n
Mentor and support Store Managers to achieve sales, profitability, and operational excellence
n
Drive commercial performance through KPI accountability, customer experience, and team capability
n
Analyse business performance to identify opportunities and implement action plans that deliver results
n
Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising, brand standards, and operational processes across all locations
n
Recruit, develop and retain exceptional retail talent while building succession pipelines
n
Partner with Regional Leadership to execute strategic business initiatives
n
Maintain high standards of compliance, health and safety, and operational excellence across all stores
n
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, confidence, and continuous improvement
n
