Car Care Consultant
to join the team at our
Southport
location on a permanent, full-time basis.
About the role:
This role puts you at the centre of the customer experience, helping vehicle owners protect and maintain their cars through quality care products and services.
Your day-to-day will include:
Presenting and recommending car care products and protection packages to new and existing customers, giving you the chance to build real product expertise
Working closely with the sales team to introduce car care solutions at the point of vehicle purchase, so your contribution is felt across the business
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, building lasting relationships that drive repeat business
Maintaining accurate records of sales activity, keeping you organised and on top of your performance
Contributing to a tidy, well-presented showroom environment that reflects the standard of service customers expect
About You:
You are someone who connects easily with people, listens well, and takes satisfaction in matching the right solution to the right customer.
More about you:
Experience in a customer-facing sales or retail role, where building rapport came naturally to you
A genuine interest in cars and car care, which will help you speak credibly and confidently with customers




Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain product benefits clearly and without pressure
A reliable, organised approach to follow-up and administration
A current driver's licence
