Role Overview
n
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to support large-scale Consumer and Corporate Services remediation initiatives within a financial services environment. The role will involve managing remediation programs across multiple business units, ensuring delivery from initial scoping through to payment execution and sustainable fixes.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead end-to-end remediation initiatives across consumer and corporate banking services.
n
Manage project delivery from scoping, design, planning, execution, and closure.
n
Coordinate across project squads and centralized
payments/communications
capabilities.
n
Facilitate stakeholder forums, working groups, and governance meetings.
n
Manage remediation documentation including program plans, risk registers, and remediation frameworks.
n




Oversee preparation and validation of remediation payment files.
n
Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management frameworks.
n
Provide ongoing reporting to senior stakeholders and program governance forums.
n

Required Experience
n
n
Robust experience delivering remediation or regulatory programs within financial services.
n
Experience working with risk, compliance, hardship, or estates management processes.
n
Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
n
Experience in program governance, reporting, and risk management.
n
n
Preferred Skills
n
n
Experience working with data remediation or customer remediation programs.
n
Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven remediation frameworks.
