We're looking for an experienced Venue Manager to lead our team and shape the future of Servo. This is a fantastic chance to make a genuine impact within a dynamic and growing hospitality business.

You're a confident and hands on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast paced environment. You lead by example, inspire your team and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Proven experience managing a high-volume hospitality venue.
n
A hands‐on leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
n
Strong food and beverage knowledge.
n
Excellent organisational, communication and problem‐solving skills.
n
Commercial awareness with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A bit about the role
n
Leading a team of up to 30 staff.
n
Building a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.
n




Overseeing daily venue operations, including labour management and rostering.
n
Achieving key business and financial performance targets.
n
Maintaining exceptional service standards across all areas of the venue.
n
Delivering events, activations and venue initiatives.
n
Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve operations, service and team performance.
