Should have overall understanding of utility Industry and Market dynamics i.e. Regulated Markets & Deregulated Markets
n
The knowledge of utility Business processes and Integration between different areas
n
Demonstrate an overall understanding of FI-CA functionality
n
Detailed configuration experience in many of the following FI-CA components: Dunning, Payments (including Cash Desk and Returns), Account Determination,
Settlement/Clearing
Rules, Collection Agencies, Write-Offs / Value Adjustments, Refunds, Security Deposits, Instalment Plans, BRF+ Dunning will be an added advantage, Life Cycle of an Open items, Payment Plan Knowledge, Tax,
n
Knowledge of Payment Scheme and Promise to Pay in the IS-U FI-CA and batch jobs.
n
Knowledge of Interface to Payment Gateways
n
Understanding of other areas of CCS including Billing,



Device Management (DM) and Customer Service (CRM)
n
Should have extensive working experience and knowledge on the below technical / function activities.
n
Experience in configuration and problem-solving skill in SAP Finance Module like FICO (ECC), FICO (S4 Hana), FICA, Funds Management (FM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Project Systems (PS).
n
Experience in Cost Centre Accounting (CCA), Profit Centre Accounting (PCA), Product Costing (PA), Profitability Accounting (PA), Profitability Analysis (COPA), Internal Orders (IO), Classical & Recent GL (GL), Asset Accounting, Migration from Former Budgeting to BCS.
n
Interactions with client to understand the requirement and concern over existing SAP system to identify improvement points.
