Responsibilities
n
n
3+ years hands-on experience with Data Warehouse/ETL testing.
n
Robust SQL/PL-SQL skills to write complex queries for validating data against different kinds of reports.
n
Experience in Functional, Manual, Automated, Regression, Integration and User Acceptance testing (UAT).
n
Ability to perform Data Warehouse BI testing using ETL tools with Teradata or Big Data as a database.
n
Experience in validating dashboards/reports tools like Tableau and Power BI.
n
Understand the behavior of complex data warehousing and BI solutions and apply that knowledge towards testing.
n
Exposure to all aspects of SDLC/STLC lifecycles.
n




Contribute to a project's overall test strategy and test plan. Create and execute test scenarios by selecting the best methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for testing.
n
Reporting of test status, execution and logging of defects.
n
Experience in various phases of projects adhering to STLC, including Requirement Analysis, Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test design, Test data creation, Test Execution, Defect logging and Test Closure.
