With a solid pipeline of work and continued growth, they're looking to bring on a Senior Estimator (Building) to play a key role in winning and delivering high-profile projects.

The Opportunity

This is more than just pricing jobs, you'll be a strategic contributor, working closely with senior leadership to drive tenders, refine methodologies, and influence project success from day one.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead end-to-end tender preparation for construction projects
n
Develop accurate cost estimates, take-offs, and pricing models
n
Review drawings, specifications,



and contract documentation
n
Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
n
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
n
Mentor junior estimators and contribute to team development
n
n
What You'll Bring

Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Estimator
n
Strong background in building and infrastructure
n
High-level proficiency in estimating software and Excel
n
Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
n
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
