Auto Masters Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead daily workshop operations and drive performance in a clean, efficient, fully resourced setting.

Responsibilities

Lead daily workshop operations and support your team to achieve goals.
n
Drive performance by hitting KPIs and exceeding sales targets.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients and suppliers.
n
Leverage product knowledge to build trust and repeat business.
n
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.
n
Ensure compliance with our Quality Assurance System and service standards.
n

Qualifications
n
n
Proven leadership experience in an automotive service centre.
n
Results‐driven mindset with a strong track record in sales and customer service.
n
Reliable, committed and confident in managing team performance.
n




Valid Australian driver's licence.
n
Automotive Trade qualification (desirable but not essential).
n
Availability Monday to Friday and every second Saturday morning.
n
Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
